Margo Fashion Law®’s founding attorney is licensed in both Washington, D.C. and California, and recently transitioned her practice to the Capitol. With over a decade of legal expertise, she started her practice in Los Angeles, where she advised clients on matters ranging from brand protection and corporate transactions, to commercial litigation.
Her legal experience includes work at White & Case LLP, where she collaborated on the representation of major social media platforms against image-use and right of publicity claims; at Pomerantz LLP, where she supported investors in securities claims; and at corporate firms abroad, where she represented national and international brands in trademark registration filings and prosecution.
